Notaries as professional advisors

The involvement of a notary as a professional advisor in all phases of a notarial transaction is an advantage for you. This avoids disputes and the notary, as an independent and impartial party, ensures a fair balance of interests between the contracting parties.
Notarization of signatures, hand signatures and transcripts are the notary's handiwork and the documents drawn up by the notary with you information have a special probative value.

An contract does not end with its notarization. Therefore, the notary also takes care of the implementation of the provisions set out in the deed. In particular, the notary takes care of all dealings with the authorities and the necessary entries in public registers.
