Achim Walter Greiner founded the law firm Greiner and Herrmann together with Hans Joachim Herrmann in 1993. Since appointment as a notary in 2000 and admission as a specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law in 2007, related activities have been the focus of his work.

Residential property problems are no longer a legal standard, but are associated with various pitfalls in detail. Residential tenancy law is characterized by an enormous wealth of statutory provisions as well as case law in the sense of social tenancy law, e.g. to protect the tenant from losing the apartment. For the landlord, this often results in drastic restrictions on the free availability of his property. In commercial tenancy law, faulty contractual arrangements often have serous financial disadvantages for the contracting parties.

As a notary, Achim Grainer provides impartial legal advice in matters of purchase, corporate, family and inheritance law as well as the fiscal evaluation of the will of the contracting parties to be notarized. In the case of more complicated transactions, cooperation with your tax advisor is a building block for optimal contract drafting.

Achim Grainer is voluntarily engaged in the association Haus und Grund in Stormarn e.V. and has been advising this association for more than 20 years.

Hans-Joachim Herrmann

After passing the second state law examination and subsequently working in a law firm with a focus on Scandinavian clients as well as in a general law firm in Hamburg, Hans Joachim Herrmann founded the law firm Greiner und Herrmann in Bad Oldesloe with a branch office in Ahrensburg together with Achim Greiner in 1993.

In 2002 he was appointed as a specialit lawyer for family law, ad in 2004 he was appointed as a notary public.

In his notary's office, Hans Joachim Herrmann advises his clients, including Scandinavian clients, in an impartial manner, focusing on the areas of purchase, corporate, agricultural, family and inheritance law, and notarizes the corresponding contractual arrangements. This is accompanied by tax advice involving the tax advisors of the parties involved.

After successfully completing her legal traineeship at a renowned Hamburg real estate law firm, among others, Christina Hei joined the law firm Greiner und Herrmann as an associate attorney in 2019. She mainly advises in the field of civil law with a particular focus on residential and commercial tenancy law, brokerage law and residential property law. Together with Achim Greiner, Christina Hein regularly advises the menbers of the association Haus und Grund in Stormarn e.V. in matters of tenancy and real estate law.
